Le Stanze del Cardinale è il primo Bed & Breakfast di charme realizzato nel centro storico di Pavia, a pochi metri dall’Università, dal Teatro Fraschini, dal Tribunale, dal Duomo e di tutti i principali monumenti del centro.

Aperto nel 2015 il B&B di Charme Le Stanze del Cardinale in Piazza del Duomo a Pavia, si sviluppa in un palazzo storico del XV secolo che è stato la sede della fabbriceria del Duomo, per poi diventare abitazione. L’edificio è strutturato verticalmente, come una torre con la scala centrale ed è diviso in 4 piani i cui locali si affacciano sia sulla Piazza del Duomo che sul lato Sud della città.

Offre soggiorni esclusivi in 6 Camere, arredate con cura con mobili e oggetti selezionati da Antyche Case che ne ha curato il progetto di ristrutturazione e l’interior design.

Un Bed and Breakfast su modello dei petit hotel francesi, unito al fascino di un immobile d’epoca, nel cuore pulsante della città, con una vista davvero speciale sono i punti forti di questo B&B.

6 camere, tra singole e matrimoniali, divise su 4 piani. Per ospiti che desiderano fermarsi per per periodi più lunghi di qualche giorno possiamo offrire 1 duplex (mini appartamento) costituito da due locali con zona notte con bagno privato e zona giorno con angolo cottura e un divano letto.

Le camere matrimoniali hanno vista sulla Piazza del Duomo mentre le singole hanno vista su lato Sud di Pavia. Ogni stanza vede l’unione dell’arredamento d’epoca con tutti i comfort moderni come i televisori a LCD con i canali satellitari SKY, il minibar, aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo, oltre al wi-fi gratuito con connessione in fibra a 20 Mb.

La prima colazione a buffet, è stata sospesa in questa fase poiché le limitazioni previste dalla normativa igienico sanitaria per il contrasto al COVID-19 avrebbero penalizzato eccessivamente questa esperienza. Abbiamo preferito ridurre il prezzo della camera lasciando agli ospiti la possibilità di scegliere tra Bar, Coffee Shop, Torrefazioni artigianali di caffè o Pasticcerie nel centro storico di Pavia a pochi metri di distanza. Al vostro arrivo il nostro personale sarà a disposizione per indicarvi le soluzioni più adatte alle vostre esigenze.

Al B&B Le Stanze del Cardinale, gli ospiti possono trovare un ambiente ed un’atmosfera davvero speciali, con dettagli e attenzioni tipiche dei grandi alberghi. Biancheria di lino o di cotone pregiato, cifrata, è una di queste, così come l’accappatoio o le spugne, e i prodotti per la persona, i dettagli che fanno si che l’ospite si senta coccolato e rilassato.

Le stanze del Cardinale sono state create con l’obiettivo di fornire un’esperienza nuova di ricettività, caratterizzata dai servizi tipici di un Hotel 4 o 5 stelle uniti ad un’accoglienza che per qualità degli arredi, per affetto, comfort e calore, tipica di una casa privata.

Essendo in posizione centrale, il B&B è il luogo perfetto per chi desidera trascorrere un soggiorno in piena comodità. Senza dover spostare l’auto. Infatti, gli ospiti hanno a loro disposizione a portata di mano negozi, ristoranti e locali dove trascorrere piacevoli giornate e serate in tranquillità.

Pur essendo in zona ZTL agli ospiti è consentito raggiungere l’ingresso con la propria auto pagando una tassa di ingresso di € 6,00. Il nostro personale provvederà dopo il vostro arrivo a comunicare il vostro accesso all’ufficio traffico e a parcheggiare la vostra auto. Per la sosta è disponibile un Garage privato con posti limitati che vanno prenotati (€ 25,00) o i parcheggi pubblici, a pagamento, all’aperto all’esterno della ZTL.

Le Stanze del Cardinale is the first and only charming Bed & Breakfast in the city center of Pavia, a few meters from the University, the Fraschini Theatre, the Court, the Cathedral, the Ghislieri College and the major monuments of the center.

Opened in 2015,  Le Stanze del Cardinale in Piazza del Duomo in Pavia, is located in a historic building of the fifteenth century which was the seat of the fabbriceria of the Cathedral, and then became a private home. The building is structured vertically, like a tower with a central staircase and is divided into 4 floors whose premises are facing both the Cathedral’s square and the south side of the city.

It offers exclusive stays in 6 rooms, furnished with a mix of ancient and contemporary furnitures and objects selected by Antyche Case who oversaw the renovation project and interior design.

A Bed and Breakfast based on the french “petit-hotel” model, combined with the charm of a historic building in the heart of the old city, with a very special view are the strengths of this B & B.

6 rooms, including single, double and twin rooms, and 1 nearby mini apartment consisting of two rooms with a sleeping area with private bathroom and small living area with kitchenette and a sofa bed, suitable for guests wishing to stay for longer periods of some day.

The double rooms have views of the Piazza del Duomo while the single rooms have a view of the south side of Pavia. Each room sees the union of the old furniture with modern amenities such as flat TV with SKY channels, minibar, air conditioning and heating, in addition to wi-fi with fiber connectivity to 20 Mb.

The breakfast buffet was suspended at this stage because the limitations provided by the sanitary legislation for the fight against COVID-19 would have excessively penalized this experience. We preferred to reduce the price of the room, leaving guests the choice of bars, coffee shops, artisan coffee roasters or pastry shops in the historic center of Pavia, a few meters away. Upon your arrival, our staff will be available to indicate the most suitable solutions for your needs.

At the B & B Le Stanze del Cardinale, guests can find an environment and atmosphere really special, with details and attentions typical of the an exclusive hotel. Flax linen or fine cotton, encrypted, is one of these, as well as a bathrobe or sponges, and courtesy set, details that make the guest feel pampered and relaxed.

Le Stanze del Cardinale were created with the aim of providing new hospitality experience in which they can get the services of a 4 or 5 star hotel while feeling welcomed with affection, comfort and warmth of an italian private home.

Being centrally located, this B & B is the perfect place for those looking for a stay in comfort. Without having to move the car, in fact, guests have at their disposal shops, restaurants, bars and sightseeings to spend pleasant days and evenings in peace.

Despite being in the ZTL area, guests are allowed to reach the entrance with their own car by paying an entrance fee of € 6.00. Our staff will arrange after your arrival to communicate your access to the traffic office and to park your car. For parking there is a private garage with limited places that must be reserved (€ 25.00) or outdoor public pay parking outside the ZTL.
